Kota Kinabalu: Prolific author Sukor Usin, who goes by the pen name Hasyuda Abadi, has won the 2023 Third Sabah Literary Award (ASNS).
Representative of the ASNS Evaluation Panel Head, Dr Mohd Hanafi Ibrahim, said the recognition of Hasyuda Abadi’s works, figures and activities in the literary and linguistic movement has gone beyond Sabah’s borders and onto the national level.
“Hasyuda Abadi’s authorship is often associated with poetry, which now has over 1,000 poems published in newspapers and magazines.
