The Prime Minister made these remarks during his speech at the 2025 Federal Awards, Stars, and Medals Presentation Ceremony, held in conjunction with the Official Birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. The ceremony took place at Istana Negara on Monday and was graced by the presence of Sultan Ibrahim himself, along with the Queen Mother, Raja Zarith Sofiah.
