KOTA DAMANSARA: Independent candidate Syed Razak Al-Sagoff (pix) just arrived at the polling station here.
He can be seen wearing his signature yellow boots as he walked around greeting voters.
“I am only here to greet the voters and to congratulate them for fulfilling their rights as a citizen in this country, and not to campaign,” he said.
