Suzuki Cars Malaysia has teamed up with FLUX to introduce subscription plans for the Fronx and Jimny, giving Malaysians a flexible alternative to traditional car ownership.
Suzuki Cars Malaysia And FLUX Sign MoU, Fronx And Jimny To Be Offered By Subscription. Naza Eastern Motors, the official distributor of Suzuki cars in Malaysia, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FLUX to introduce Suzuki models on the vehicle subscription platform.
The collaboration will initially see the Suzuki Fronx and Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus offered through FLUX, giving customers another way to access Suzuki vehicles without going through traditional vehicle ownership.
According to the companies, the partnership is aimed at Malaysians looking for more flexible mobility options, including young professionals, expatriates and customers who may not want to commit to a car loan.
The Suzuki Fronx is positioned as an efficient urban-friendly crossover, while the Jimny AllGrip Plus caters to customers looking for a lifestyle-oriented 4WD vehicle.
Beyond listing Suzuki vehicles on the FLUX platform, the collaboration will also see FLUX introduced within Naza Eastern Motors dealerships. This will allow walk-in customers at Suzuki showrooms to learn more about vehicle subscription as an alternative to outright purchase or financing.
Naza Automotive Group chief executive officer Mohd Rizal Jailan said vehicle ownership remains an important aspiration for many Malaysians, but demand is growing for more flexible and convenient mobility solutions.
“Not every customer who visits a Suzuki showroom is ready for a traditional purchase, and that conversation should not have to end there,” Rizal said.
“With FLUX in our dealerships, our teams can walk a customer through exactly how a subscription works and help them decide what suits their circumstances. It gives our customers a second path to drive away: buy, or subscribe, and either way, they remain part of the Suzuki family.”
FLUX founder and chief executive officer Aziz Ayman said the way Malaysians think about cars is changing, with more customers open to subscription-based mobility.
According to Aziz, market research shows that more than 60% of Malaysian car buyers are now open to a subscription instead of a loan.
FLUX says its subscription model bundles the loan, insurance, road tax, maintenance and depreciation concerns into one monthly fee. The company also says subscribers can enjoy a Suzuki without a down payment, annual insurance premiums or surprise maintenance bills.
At launch, Suzuki subscribers will also receive a complimentary courtesy car, which FLUX says is aimed at ensuring zero downtime.
To mark the partnership and Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka celebration, FLUX is offering 69% off the first and final month of selected 24- to 36-month subscription plans. The offer is valid until 6 September 2026.
For the 36-month plan, the Suzuki Fronx 1.5 Hybrid 2025 has a normal monthly fee of RM 2,225, with the Merdeka 69 price listed at RM 690 for the promotional months. This represents savings of RM 3,070 across the two months.
The Suzuki Jimny AllGrip Plus 2026, meanwhile, has a normal monthly fee of RM 3,278, with the Merdeka 69 price listed at RM 1,016 for the promotional months. This represents savings of RM 4,524 across the two months.
Following the signing of the MoU, Suzuki Cars Malaysia and FLUX will begin rolling out the initial Suzuki fleet on the FLUX platform, supported by joint marketing activities across digital channels and Suzuki dealerships nationwide.
Interested customers can reserve and book their preferred Suzuki model through the FLUX website or visit authorised Suzuki showrooms nationwide to learn more about the subscription programme.
