Swansea City's director of football Josh Marsh is in talks with Chelsea.
The Athletic says the Blues are close to announcing the appointment of Marsh.
Marsh will be given the title of 'loans manager' at Chelsea.
It is the Chelsea sporting director duo of Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, who have been responsible for the appointment.
Marsh will reportedly start at Chelsea in March.
