Swansea City midfielder Flynn Downes is set to undergo a medical with West Ham United.
The two clubs have agreed a £12m deal for the 23-year-old.
According to Sky Sports, Downes will undergo a medical with West Ham in the next 24 hours.
Crystal Palace were also keen on the former England U20 midfielder.
Downes came through the ranks at Ipswich Town before joining Swansea in 2021.
He made 34 appearances for the Swans last season.
