Swedish FA general secretary Håkan Sjöstrand has welcomed criticism from Tottenham midfielder Dejan Kulusevski.
Kulusevski has questioned the development system in Sweden.
In response, Sjöstrand said: "I think we have talked about it too little. I welcome it and think it is good that the debate is conducted in different forums. We need more of that and greater questioning of that part.
"You can never be satisfied, we must constantly strive to be better. There is a soundness in the questioning that arises, then we need to handle it in a good way. There are a lot of opinions, ultimately it comes down to implementation."
