Kota Kinabalu: A 36-year-old Filipino was charged with having 31.3gm of syabu.

Al Najir Hamsani was brought before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan to face the charge against him.

No plea was taken from Al Najir pending the chemist report on the drugs.

He is accused of having the drug at 1.40pm on June 19 by the roadside along Jalan Tuaran, here.
