
Kota Kinabalu: Six people were charged in the Magistrate’s Court here Thursday with committing drug-related offences.
Three of them Aniq Arif, Alias Jawan, Md Fazri Nasir, were accused of having syabu here, recently.
AdvertisementAniq, Alias and three more Rudy Ramlee, Jasmin Yusof and Ajmar Abd Hamar were allegedly taking syabu.
The charges were read against them respectively before Magistrate Dzul Elmy Yunus.

Alias, Jasmin and Ajmar, who have no identification document were ordered to be remanded further pending the date.

Taking syabu under Section 15(1) of the of the Dangerous Drug Act provides for a fine of up to RM5,000 or up to two years in jail on conviction.
