Well, just ask Syed Saddiq, the young and charismatic Malaysian politician who recently found himself at the center of a dance controversy.
It all started when a video surfaced on Twitter, featuring Syed Saddiq dancing alongside @deadpudds to celebrate Hari Keamatan and Hari Gawai.

While many netizens enjoyed the lighthearted moment, others couldn’t help but comment on Syed Saddiq’s seemingly stiff dance moves. The criticism poured in, accusing him of lacking rhythm and flexibility.
“So stiff.”

But instead of getting defensive or ignoring the comments, Syed Saddiq decided to address the backlash head-on. He took to Twitter once again, this time sharing a video of himself dancing with the phenomenal dance group Zeppo Youngsterz Malaysia.
In this new video, Syed Saddiq showcased his short yet witty dance gestures, proving that he’s more than capable of loosening up on the dance floor.
In his tweet, Syed Saddiq not only defended his dancing skills but also used the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible talents of the Zeppo Youngsterz Malaysia @ZeppoYoungsterz. He emphasised that these amazing dancers have his back, and rightfully so.
