KUALA PENYU: Sylvilina Bily, representing the Kota Marudu Upko Division, was crowned champion at the Upko 2024 Kaamatan Rombituon final competition, here, last Saturday.With the victory, she received a cash prize of RM3,000 and a participation certificate.

Second place went to Michelle Kasianus, representing the Tawau Upko Division, who received a cash prize of RM2, 000 and third place went to Joshua Eleazar Jalani from the Kudat Upko Division (RM1,000).

The Sodop Unduk Ngadau and Rombituon Fund Raising Dinner organised by Koperasi Kinabalu Lestari Berhad (Kokina) was officiated by the Minister of Entrepreneurial Development and Cooperatives who is also the Upko President, Datuk Ewon Benedick.

The winner for Tati Sodol Huminodun was Marylyn Bundoi representing Kota Kinabalu, Tati Topiod (Nusita Ain Jolikon, representing Penampang), Tati Tosuau and Basaan Togingo went to Chellyana Tensu representing Kota Marudu.

Meanwhile, Tati Kaanangan (FB) was won by Alstenety Shane Japrin representing Keningau, and Best Make-up and Hair Do was won by Patricia John from Papar.
