KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 27 — TH Plantations Bhd’s chief executive officer (CEO) Mohamed Zainurin Mohamed Zain’s contract was terminated yesterday.
The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that a letter of termination had been duly issued to him yesterday.
In a separate filing, the company stated the reason for the termination as misconduct.
Zainurin had held the CEO post since October 1, 2021. — Bernama
