Former Juventus and Inter Milan midfielder Marco Tardelli has hailed the impact of Monza coach Raffaele Palladino.
Palladino oversaw another shock result on Saturday as Monza won at Inter Milan.
Tardelli said: "Since he's taken over, they have scored 37 points in 24 games, with a very high average points per game.
"If compared to all the games they are 58 points, which means finishing in eighth or ninth place.
"He scored 6 points out of six against Juve, four out of six with Inter, he's a boy who deserves great respect."
