  • The hearing, scheduled for Tuesday in Washington, D.C., will feature testimonies from Air Force and Navy veterans, alongside journalist George Knapp, and will focus on Pentagon disclosures.
  • The panel will push for “maximum transparency” from the government about UFOs, chairwoman Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna said.
  • It follows a previous House Oversight subcommittee hearing where witnesses alleged the government withheld information on documented UFO cases.
  • While UAP discussions often involve aliens, the increasing prevalence of drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles means that many sightings could have conventional explanations.
