Tasos Douvikas is delighted with his move to Celta Vigo.
The Greece striker signed for Celta yesterday from FC Utrecht.
He said at his presentation: "I received the information a few weeks ago from my agents. It made me very happy. It is a good opportunity for me. Since the beginning of my career I have been an ambitious player and I want to face these new challenges.
"The Eredivisie was a great competition, but I want to learn, improve and give my best level in LaLiga.
I talked a lot with my agents, but not about specific teams or offers because I like to focus on football and not so much on the market and offers. I focused on soccer and training. I knew that when an offer from an interesting team arrived they would let me know.
It was an incredible day meeting my teammates. I have come for the help and closeness of Rafa Bentez, Lus Campos and the president, who have been a great support. I am very grateful to all of them."
