Kota Kinabalu: Team Telipok won the Merdeka Cup football tournament held at the Likas Sukma Field recently.
They defeated KK Veteran 2-0 in the final to take home the RM1,000 winning prize.
In third place were Akbul who edged Inanam Town Veteran FC 1-0 in the play-off.
A total of 10 teams took part in the two-day competition organised by Inanam Town Veteran FC.
