
- A 15-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife following a stabbing at Thorpe St Andrew School near Norwich.
- Police were called to the school on Wednesday morning after reports of a teenage girl being stabbed, which led to pupils being put into lockdown.
- The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested and has since been remanded into custody.
- He is scheduled to appear at Norwich Youth Court on Friday morning.
- The teenage girl sustained minor injuries in the attack and has since been discharged from hospital, with the school commending staff and students for their calm response.
