A teenager clung to the roof a car after a driver allegedly tried to escape the scene of a hit-and-run.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) officers were called to Lower Broughton, Salford, Manchester, at around 5:40pm on Wednesday (9 September).
Dashcam footage shows the moment a Volkswagen Passat speeds around a corner with a man on its roof shouting "help".
GMP said it received reports of a hit-and-run following a crash involving two cars.
Police say two men got out of one car to challenge the driver of the other vehicle following the collision.
One man, in his 50s, was struck by the driver and rushed to hospital with life-changing injuries, while an 18-year-old man was dragged along on top of the car as the driver tried to escape.
The vehicle eventually stopped on Camp Street, where the teenager was left injured and taken to hospital.
The driver, a man in his 50s, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.
