Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is catching out staff with his early mornings.
Ten Hag is currently turning up at Carrington before 7am and staying beyond 7:30pm.
The Sun says he'll often take a couple of hours in the afternoon to head home for a break, but then will return and work late into the evening.
A source said: Nobody can accuse Ten Hag of a lack of effort.
He's been coming in very early and leaving very late, sometimes not leaving until 7.30pm. Sometimes he's there so early he's catching the security and kitchen staff on the hop."
