A parked car was damaged and the boundary wall of a nearby plot was partially demolished after a Thar reportedly went out of control while being reversed in Hargobind Nagar, Phagwara.
A bank employee Munish said, he had parked his car (Maruti Swift) and gone inside after arriving at the location as part of his daily routine.
He stated that a woman driving a Thar was returning from a gym and was attempting to reverse her vehicle when she allegedly lost control. The Thar collided with the parked car, causing significant damage to the car. Due to the impact, the vehicle also rammed into the boundary wall of an adjacent plot, resulting in structural damage to the wall.
No injuries were reported in the incident. However, both the parked vehicle and the property suffered losses. The police have registered a case.
