There’s no denying that hitting the gym can be a hassle for some. However, it does come with many perks which also includes helping out others in need!
“The benefits of gym” M’sian man helps elderly woman with differently abled son carry boxes into her car
In a world where acts of kindness seem to be fading away, it’s refreshing to come across individuals who go above and beyond to make a difference. One man saw his opportunity to do so when he met an elderly woman struggling to carry heavy boxes into her car.
A viral TikTok video shows Fiq Suhaile in a parking lot when an aunty stopped by for help. She explained that her son was differently-abled, and she didn’t have the strength to assist him. Without hesitation, Fiq decided to lend a helping hand. And, he even managed to sneak in a bicep curl as he lifted the boxes!
“I hope that if my mother is carrying heavy items, there will be people to help her”
Fiq further expressed that he felt bad watching the elderly in difficulty. Speaking to Wau Post, he explained that his main driving force behind practicing good deeds is his mother. “Because as time passes by, they get older. So it’s in our power to help them,” he said. He also hopes that if his mother is carrying heavy items, there would be people to help her too.
His kind nature has earned Fiq a number of praises online. They thanked Fiq for his empathetic attitude and using his abilities to give aid to others.
Won the Supermodel Universe International 2023 pageant
Apart from being a fitness trainer, Fiq has also participated in a few pageants, and even bagging several titles! His most recent win was on the 30th of September, when he won the Supermodel Universe International 2023 pageant.
He told Wau Post that this was his way of contributing back to the country by representing Malaysia. That and helping people wherever he can, Fiq definitely is a true winner in our eyes!
Well, that sounds like a good reason to hit the gym. Good job Fiq!
