- Bognor Regis was ranked towards the bottom of the table, criticised by reviewers as a “run-down seaside town” with poor entertainment.
- Bangor in Gwynedd was also poorly rated due to social deprivation and lack of investment, while popular destinations like Brighton and Margate surprisingly failed to ignite enthusiasm.
