Many abuse victims hesitate to seek justice due to the complexity of the investigation process. It’s common to observe victims under pressure, delays in investigations, and shortcomings in the quality of medical examinations.
A local celebrity has been the talk of the town, particularly among girls, as there are allegations of the celebrity mistreating several of them. The victims have recently spoken out, exposing the man for his physical actions.
One of the victims, @mcnugget4sho, chose to share her experience of the terrible abuse she endured for 3 years on Twitter where she posted a series of pictures showing bruises all over herself.
In one of the posted pictures, it said,
“Remember when you kept cheating on me, and this is what I get?”
Emylia also shared that the local celebrity has cheated on her with other girls several times, yet he somehow convinced her to stay with empty promises of changing.
Emylia revealed how other girls would message her, informing her that the local celebrity was seen with someone else, even though he was still in a relationship with her at the time.
“It shows you’re too comfortable hurting me, thinking I’ll never leave. I’ll leave this here. Thank you for all the hurt and trauma.”
Concerned netizens promptly joined the comment section to express their love and support for her.
“Hopefully, the abuser will face time in jail for what he did.”
“No woman deserves to be abused. I’m so sorry you had to go through this painful experience with this guy. I pray that you’ll find someone who will treat you the way you deserve, and may you always be happy.”
“I’m sorry you had to go through this. I’m praying for your health and happiness. May we find justice for Emylia.”
“Expose the abuser that did this.”
“So, is it true what they’ve been saying all this time about him? How dare he hit somebody’s daughter.”
