The Odyssey, Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of Homer’s epic poem, is finally coming home, landing directly in your living room. The film will be available digitally from this November. Nolan’s adaptation follows Odysseus as he struggles to get home after the fall of Troy. Along the journey, he encounters monsters, gods and temptations that test every ounce of his determination to return to his wife, Penelope, and son, Telemachus. Meanwhile, back in his kingdom, Ithaca, greedy suitors have been after Odysseus’ throne for two decades, but Penelope has been thwarting their designs.

The Odyssey will be available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD and digital platforms such as Apple TV and Prime Video on 17 November 2026. It will also be available to buy or rent on YouTube. Moreover, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will also release exclusive never-before-seen content.
