iPhones are becoming the most popular phones in the market today, especially among Gen Z and Melienials, you may see people use iPhones more than Android in today's time, so what makes the iPhone starting to become popular?
iPhone made its first launch back in 2007 when Steve Jobs, founder of Apple Inc., set to revolutionize the smartphone by combining 3 common gadgets, a phone, an MP4 player, and a computer. Fast forward 13 years later, smartphones became a modern necessity for everyone to stay connected with their friends and family and to help solve everyday problems, any modern device can do it but why do most people use an iPhone?
I asked a few of my friends on campus who use an iPhone, and they gave the same but interesting answer, they said the iPhones are easy to use because the interface of the iOS is clean and easy to navigate and can be someone's first smartphone switching from an old dumb phone. They also pointed out that they prefer the iPhone’s great camera for social media with the additional enhancement support by popular social media apps such as Instagram and Tiktok, and have an intuitive experience across other Apple devices such as AirPods, iPads, and Macbooks with seamless sharing of files and photos even sent to other iPhones with airdrop.
Others also mentioned that some businesses are recommended to use iPhones because of the better integrations with work apps and it has been known for having the highest security on-device encryption so people can be assured that the company and their user’s data can be safe on the iPhone. This is because Apple is the only company that engineers its services around their devices for a simple and intuitive experience.

When asked why it became such a big hit they answered “Because everyone is using it”, so I asked again what they meant and someone had an opinion that “Some people are willing to buy it just so they can have a status quo, regardless of the high price”. This is also backed up by the rising income globally, especially from developing countries like India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Because many people are starting to buy iPhones and they’re satisfied using them they will also encourage people to switch to iPhones to have the same experience. This gives Apple brand loyalty from its customers because of satisfaction services from visiting an Apple store to purchasing until unboxing the Apple product.
This makes iPhone users loyal to the Apple brand, because of the intuitive experience they’re offering with the iPhone to make sure people are willing to pay the high price just to have that ensured experience.
