In just a few weeks’ time, the Black Friday month of November will be here, and shops up and down the country will begin to slash prices on countless bestselling products. Top of my list this year? The Oura ring – arguably the hottest (and chicest) gadget this decade.
In fact, Oura has slashed its smart ring in price every Black Friday for the past two years, with discounts of up to £150 on the smart ring in 2025. Amazon even took a huge 50 per cent off the Oura ring 4 in its latest Amazon Prime Day sale earlier this month.
While Black Friday doesn’t take place until the end of November, retailers are beginning their sales earlier and earlier every year, and I’m expecting to see some impressive savings in 2026. I’ll be watching out for the best Oura ring deals in the run-up to the sale, tracking prices to bring you the biggest savings this Black Friday.

When will Oura ring Black Friday deals start in 2026?
Oura hasn’t confirmed when its Black Friday deals will begin in 2026 but, if previous years are anything to go by, I’m predicting discounts to drop during the third week of November.
In 2024, Oura launched its Black Friday sale on 18 November, 11 days before Black Friday itself. In 2025, Oura kicked off its sale on 20 November, eight days before the main event.
With Black Friday taking place on Friday 27 November this year, I’m predicting Oura’s sale to begin sometime between 16-20 November, though retailers such as Amazon could start slicing prices even earlier than that.
What Oura ring deals could we see this Black Friday 2026?
Judging by the discounts we’ve seen in previous years, we could be in for some hefty savings on the Oura ring 4 this Black Friday.
In 2024, Oura slashed £50 off its third-generation smart ring, bringing the price down from £299 to £249. The newer Oura ring 4, which had only launched a month earlier, wasn’t included in the sale.
In 2025, the Oura ring got even cheaper. Oura snipped £100 off the silver and black versions of the Oura ring 4, taking them down to just £249. The more expensive gold and rose-gold finishes both received a £150 discount, which brought the price down to £349.
This year, the Oura ring 4 could plummet even further in price. Earlier this month, Amazon slashed the price of the Oura ring 4 from £349 to just £189 for Amazon’s October Prime Day – a whopping 46 per cent discount and the cheapest I’ve ever seen the device. The newer Oura ring 5 could also receive its first Black Friday discount, although I wouldn’t expect savings to be quite as generous, given it only launched in May.
Best Oura ring deals to shop now
Oura ring 4: Was £349, now £189.05, Amazon.co.uk
The Oura ring 4 usually costs £349, but Oura is currently running a promotion on the smart ring, bringing its price down to £244.30. If that’s still too expensive, Amazon has gone one better, slashing the price to just £189.05. That’s the same price we saw during the Amazon Prime Day sale this October. After months of testing the device for my Oura ring 4 review, I found it way more comfortable, durable and accurate than its predecessor.
Sleep tracking is where it shines. It gave me more-detailed data than any wrist-based smartwatch or fitness tracker I’d tested, and activity tracking is among the best I’ve found on a smart ring. I was also able to eke out about six days of battery life with all the features switched on.
