Thick smoke fills sky as fire breaks out on mountain

• A fire erupted behind Maes Du Golf Club on Cwm Mountain in Llandudno on Tuesday, 26 August.
• Smoke was seen billowing over Llandudno as a result of the blaze.
• North Wales Fire and Rescue Service deployed multiple fire appliances and wildfire units from various locations to tackle the incident.
• Residents in Llandudno, particularly those on Ffordd Maenan and Bodnant, were advised to close their windows and doors and avoid the area.
