RANAU: Thousands of visitors of various races and religions attended the Open House Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 celebrations at the community hall, here, Sunday.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chief Minister II, Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam, Finance Minister Datuk Seri Hj Masidi Manjun, Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister, Datuk Abidin Madingkir and Ranau MP Datuk Jonathan Yasin.
In addition to a wide range of dishes, the guests were entertained by local artistes and choir performances.
Dr Joachim, Jonathan and Abidin accompanied by their wives and other dignitaries graced the cake-cutting ceremony to mark the two-in-one event.
