
SANDAKAN: Three hikers who went missing while trekking at Mont Walker this evening were safely found by the Sandakan Fire and Rescue Department around 8.15 pm.
The victims, two women aged 23 and 27 and a man aged 22, were located near the area in good condition.
Sandakan Fire Station Chief Jimmy Lagung said they received an emergency call at 6.25 pm and dispatched seven personnel, led by operations commander Roger Julmin, to conduct the search and rescue (SAR) mission.

All victims were safely escorted out, and the operation concluded at 8.30 pm.
