SEMPORNA: Three houses in Kampung Bukit 3 in Jalan Kabogan, here, were destroyed in a fire on Saturday.
A spokesperson for State Fire and Rescue Department said the department received a distress call about the incident at 2.44pm.
A team of firefighters from Semporna Fire and Rescue Station was deployed to the scene in a fire engine and a Four-Wheel-Drive.
Upon arrival, the team found that the incident involved three houses and immediately extinguished the fire.

The operation ended at 6.05pm, the spokesperson said.
