SANDAKAN: The Energy Commission of Sabah (ECoS) will not compromise with individuals or companies that violate the laws under the Electricity Supply Enactment 2024.

“Rampant electricity theft activities in Sabah have resulted in severe losses to Sabah Electricity (SE),” said ECoS Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ir. Abdul Nasser Abdul Wahid, adding that SE will also initiate civil lawsuits to claim losses starting early 2025.
