Three Myanmar nationals deny charges of possessing official Immigration and Myanmar Embassy stamps to forge documents at a Kuala Lumpur residence.

KUALA LUMPUR: Three Myanmar men have pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing official stamps used to forge documents.

Ko Ko Lay@Rafiq, 54, Kyaw Swar Lin, 30, and Aung Paing Oo, 22, were charged at the Sessions Court today.

They are accused of owning Immigration Department and Myanmar Embassy stamps to forge documents under Section 467 of the Penal Code.

The alleged offence took place at a residential unit in Jalan Kepong on November 20, 2025.

The charges were submitted under Section 472 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34.

Deputy public prosecutor M Saravanan is conducting the prosecution, while lawyer Ammanjeet Singh represents the accused.

Judge Mazuliana Abdul Rashid set February 16 for the case remention.
