SINGAPORE, Nov 2 — Three people were taken to hospital after an accident involving three vehicles and two pedestrians at a carpark in Yishun yesterday.

In a statement today, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to a road traffic accident at the carpark of Block 259 Yishun Street 22.

The Singapore Police Force said in a separate statement that the accident involved two cars, one motorcycle and two pedestrians.

A 31-year-old female driver and two female pedestrians aged 64 and 15 were conscious when sent to the hospital, the police said.

One video of the accident circulating online showed two persons lying on the carpark ground in front of a grey car while two other individuals rush towards them to try help them up.

Another video of the scene showed four persons on the carpark ground, three of them in an upright sitting position while one was lying down on her back.

One of the people sitting appeared to have blood on her face.

In a separate image, a motorcycle is seen toppled over to the side beside the grey car.

Police investigations are ongoing. — TODAY
