Pemandu van itu antara yang ditahan kerana melindungi penumpang tanpa dokumen dalam pemeriksaan jam 5.10 petang itu, kata Ketua Polis Daerah Kota Kinabalu ACP Kasim Muda dalam satu kenyataan, di sini, Sabtu.
Beliau berkata van itu turut disita dan kes disiasat mengikut Akta Imigresen 1959/1963.
