Every Manchester United fan’s ultimate dream is to watch their dream players at the Theatre of Dreams, but many believe it to be an expensive journey. What if I told you it doesn’t need to be as expensive as you thought?

Here me out, if you work smart enough, you could spend less than RM 2k on accommodation and a match ticket. Well, there is a catch in the story….

You can get a Premier League match ticket and accommodation for less than RM 2k, but you can’t expect it to be a front row seat or with major teams like Liverpool, Arsenal, or even Chelsea F.C. If you by pass all of that you would still be able to soak in the atmosphere, chanting and live the dream at Old Trafford. Let me take you through my experience on watching the Premier League match at the Theatre of Dreams.

I managed to grasp a great deal and witnessed Manchester United play against Nottingham Forest. First step, reduce expectations. For something that cheap, you should not expect to get VIP experiences.

So, I got the match ticket and hotel from Sportsbreaks, an official partner, where you can get tickets to any sporting events that you like (not sponsored hehe). It is a legitimate website that makes it easy for fans to buy a match ticket.

East stand standard ticket, membership, and 3 days 2 nights airport hotel with breakfast cost me RM 1689 (£ 295). Logistics done - let’s talk about the match.

If you are new to the area, don’t worry, you will not have a hard time figuring out your way to the stadium, especially on a match day, as there will be fans chanting their way up to the stadium.

The minute you enter the stadium, you’re hit with a wave of emotion as the stadium filled up with red as fans enter while screaming “Glory Glory Man United” at the top of their lungs. Every attack, every close call, every scream as they scored, every single minute of the match would keep you on the edge of your seat.

Although Man United lost (2-3), the electrifying atmosphere of the stadium is something that every Manchester United fan should tick off their bucket list.
