Touch ‘n Go eWallet has launched a new Visa Travel Card, expanding its range of prepaid card offerings under the Touch ‘n Go Visa lineup. The new card is linked directly to a user’s eWallet balance and can be used for payments both in Malaysia and internationally, wherever Visa is accepted.

The Visa Travel Card is designed with travellers in mind. Unlike the existing Basic Card, which offers 1% cashback on overseas usage, the new Travel Card provides up to 3% unlimited cashback on international transactions. Additionally, users can enjoy 1% cashback every Wednesday for international online purchases. The Travel Card also includes one free overseas ATM withdrawal per month, with a RM10 fee applying to any subsequent withdrawals.

Touch ‘n Go emphasises full control and transparency with no hidden fees. Cardholders can manage their card entirely through the eWallet app, which also offers security features and spending control. To apply, users must be at least 12 years old and complete the eKYC verification within the app. Only one Visa Card can be held per user at a time.

The original Basic Card remains available for those who prefer a general-use option. While it also supports international usage, the cashback is limited to 1% and each overseas ATM withdrawal incurs a RM10 charge with no free withdrawal benefit.
