If you’re an avid TNG eWallet user, you’re gonna wanna pay attention to this!

TNG Digital recently announced that starting 23 Feb, all users who use their credit cards to reload their eWallet would be faced with a 1% fee.

The changes in policy is to prevent users from abusing excessive cashing out through credit card top-ups to TNG eWallet and offset the cost of credit card reloads the company has been subsiding since.

In Oct 2023, a 1% fee on manual credit card reloads over RM1,000 came into effect. But, starting 23 Feb of this year, all credit card reloads, including auto-reloads, regardless of value, will see a surcharge.
