Brentford star Ivan Toney may start to see the light at the end of the tunnel in the coming days.
The forward, who is banned from football due to betting violations, is due to resume training with his teammates.
Toney's eight-month ban eases up on Sunday, when he can at least resume training.
However, he is dealing with recovery from a hamstring injury sustained prior to his ban, which means he will very slowly ramp up his training.
The forward is not yet available to play, as his ban from competitive games is only up in January.
There is also a suggestion that Toney may have played his last game for Brentford, as he wants to leave the club for a Champions League team.
