TOP Line Business Development Corp. on Wednesday said that it had partnered with Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. for Uncle John’s, the latter’s convenience store brand, as the anchor tenant for all Tier 1 Light Fuels stations.
Uncle John’s stores will be integrated into Top Line’s full-service fuel stations to enhance customer convenience while boosting its non-fuel revenue streams through commercial leasing.
“Our partnership with Robinsons Retail elevates the Light Fuels experience by combining mobility and everyday convenience in one location,” Top Line Chairman, President and CEO Eugene Erik Lapasaran Lim said.
Tier 1 Light Fuels stations have been designed with commercial spaces that accommodate convenience stores, food operators and other retail tenants.
Top Line currently operates a total of 18 service stations and 32 more are undergoing construction or renovation. Those under construction are expected to be completed in phases by the end of this year.
Top Line’s share price rose by 2 centavos to close at P1.43 apiece on Wednesday while Robinsons Retail’s fell by 10 centavos to P46.20.
