Torino director Davide Vagnati admits Leicester City blocked Dennis Praet's return last month.
Vagnati says they tried everything after last season's loan.
He said, "We tried everything to get Praet back here, Dennis desperately wanted to come, but it wasn't an issue of the transfer format or the fee, Leicester City simply wouldn't let him go."
Vagnati also revealed: “Radonjic is not ours yet, but we have an option to buy and we are going to activate it.
"The others on loan with an option to buy are Lazaro, Miranchuk and Vlasic."
