This is how you can redeem your free gift
Remember, the TV must be puchased between 1st October to 31st December 2026 from official outlets and authorised dealers. Meanwhile, the Free Gift redemption for the eWallet credit runs from 1st October 2026 to 15th January 2027.
To redeem, you will need to scan the QR code and submit your details online. That includes the TV model, serial number, and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice).
Plus, you need to complete warranty registration online too. Toshiba TV will then credit the TNG eWallet credit into your user account within 6 weeks after redemption has ended.
In case if you purchased multiple eligible models in one go, Toshiba made it clear that your rewards will stack up to a maximum 4 selected products in one invoice.
As a reminder, if you use the same invoice number for multiple purchases, Toshiba will only receive the first Google Form submission. If you want to make changes, do not fill out the form again.
