Tottenham boss Antonio Conte was pleased with victory over Wolves today.

A second-half strike Harry Kane proved the winner today.

Conte said: "It is always very important to have a moment between the halves to analyse with the players and the staff, the way to try to improve the situation. In the first half we struggled a bit for many reasons, in the physical aspect. We played against a very fast team. In the same time I appreciated the way we suffered together but I don't remember a big save from Hugo.

"Then in the second half I tried to fix some situations. I felt we had a lot of energy to press high and we created the chances to score and we played with an important intensity. It was difficult for them to play against us.

"This type of game last season we weren't prepared to find this type of difficulty. We lost these games. We lost at home to Southampton, Chelsea and Wolves and I was really worried when I saw these first three games! To get seven points shows this team is improving and we want to continue to improve."
