Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou wants to deliver attacking football to the North London club.
The Australian, who was in charge at Celtic last season, is known for an attack-minded style of play.
With Spurs having managers such as Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte in the recent past, Postecoglou was asked if the fans can expect a change in direction under his guidance.
He told reporters: That's the responsibility you have when you manage any football club I guess. The lifeblood of it is the supporters and you want to reward them for their faith and belief in the team. You can do that in a number of ways.
The best way is to have success. Every supporter craves that, they want to see their team winning and lifting trophies. Within that context the way you play the game is certainly important, certainly for me. I want our fans to look forward to coming to the stadium and following the team.
A big part of that experience, if we're playing the kind of football I want us to play, is that they'll feel a part of it. They'll be able to ride the adrenalin that the team gives. The energy goes both ways. The supporters can give the team energy but we can also give our supporters energy by showing them that we want to play football that excites them."
