Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has made it clear that winning trophies does not require visualisation.
The Australian was asked if that is what he would be doing as Spurs prepare for their FA Cup campaign.
The North London club have not won a trophy since 2009, while they have not won the FA Cup since 1991.
"I've got real pictures. Quite a few. I just look at the ones I have got," shot back Postecoglou when asked by a reporter if he ever pictured himself winning trophies while he was building up the team.
He then added, after the reporter said he was lucky to have won so much: "I've earned them - it's not lucky."
He then elaborated: "I know what you are saying, but I love winning - it is what I have done all my career. I don't say that dismissively - and I don't have them on the ceiling, mate, as you suggested, but that's what drives me.
"Every year I start the year hoping there is a picture by the end of the year of me with a team lifting a trophy. That is what I have tried to do my whole career and I have got plenty of evidence of that, so that's what my intent is here. I don't have to visualise it - it's what I do."
