Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou admits injury concerns for Micky van de Ven and James Maddison after defeat to Chelsea.
Both players were forced off during the 4-1 defeat on Monday night.
Postecoglou said, "It's too early, but when you look at Micky, you think it's a pretty serious one, so you can assume he's out for a while.
"'Madders' got a blow on the ankle and we have to examine him more closely and see how it is."
Along with the double injury, suspensions are also due for Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero after their red cards.
