Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is ready to take a step back from day to day involvement with transfers.
The club's chief has long been known as a hard line negotiator who stands firm to his valuations.
Such a practice was put to the test in the summer when Harry Kane eventually signed for Bayern Munich.
Per The Athletic, Levy is taking a step back from transfers, and will not be involved in negotiating.
He will look to work on other areas of the club, with Scott Munn (chief football officer) and Johan Lange (technical director) taking the lead on transfers.
Spurs fans may be pleased with the news, given they have often felt Levy prioritizes finances over what is best for the team.
