Tottenham defender Eric Dier admits their collapse against Southampton wasn't good enough.
Saints were 3-1 down with 15 minutes to run but fought back to draw 3-3.
Dier said, "We made stupid mistakes. We failed to control the game when we went 3-1 up and then conceded stupid goals.
"We only have ourselves to blame.
"There will be ups and downs for everyone. It will all be decided in the last weeks of the season. We have to find a constant level."
