Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven has started his rehabilitation for a hamstring injury.
The centre back will be out for several weeks at the least after limping off during the North London club's 4-1 loss to Chelsea.
The Dutch defender, who arrived in the summer, was seen in a social media video attending a gym session.
Van de Ven was working with his teammates, conducting stretches and exercises to work on his fitness.
He is still thought to be a ways away from training individually and then with the team.
Spurs do not want to rush Van de Ven, as they are aware that hamstring injuries can reoccur.
