Spurs won the game against the Koreans 6-3, with Bissouma and Forster testing positive for COVID-19.
Their manager Antonio Conte said post-game: "We had a problem with Covid, with Bissouma because the test was positive.
"Bissouma and Fraser. For this reason they weren't here with us."
