Tottenham are launching a new bid for Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie.

The 21-year-old made 18 appearances this season, including five in the Champions League.
Hincapie also shone in Qatar for Ecuador in the World Cup.
In recent weeks, his agent has also confirmed contact with Inter Milan, but at the moment the Nerazzurri have not made any offers.
